1. Introduction

Welcome to DoctoCars Experts Auto General Repairing LLC. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

We provide professional car repair and maintenance services in Dubai, including engine repair, transmission repair, AC repair, denting & painting, diagnostics, and routine maintenance.

3. Estimates & Payments

All repair estimates are provided after inspection. Final pricing may vary depending on additional findings. Full or partial payment may be required before vehicle release.

4. Warranty

We provide warranty on selected repairs and parts. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, accidents, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized modifications after service completion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and remove personal belongings before servicing. DoctoCars is not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles.

6. Appointment & Cancellation

Appointments should be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booking time.

7. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues or damages not related to our repair services.

8. Changes to Terms

DoctoCars reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
