At DoctoCars Experts Auto General Repairing LLC, we aim to provide professional and transparent auto repair services in Dubai. Please review our refund policy carefully before availing our services.
1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of auto repair services, refunds are generally not provided once the repair work has been completed and approved by the customer.
2. Advance Payments
Advance payments made for special-order parts or major repairs are non-refundable once the parts have been ordered or the work has commenced.
3. Parts & Warranty Claims
If a part installed by DoctoCars is found defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the part according to the warranty terms. Refunds are not issued in such cases; only replacements or repairs are provided.
4. Cancellation Before Service
If a booking is canceled before work begins and no parts have been ordered, a refund may be processed after deducting any administrative or inspection charges, if applicable.
5. Inspection & Diagnostic Fees
Diagnostic and inspection fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
7. Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute regarding services or billing, customers are encouraged to contact our management team for resolution before initiating any chargeback or legal action.
