3. Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling depending on workshop availability.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other customers.

5. No-Show Policy

Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in limited future booking privileges.

6. Emergency Repairs

We offer emergency repair and car recovery services subject to availability. Priority may be given to urgent repair cases.

7. Service Time Estimates

Estimated service completion times are provided based on initial inspection. Actual completion time may vary depending on additional findings or parts availability.

8. Vehicle Collection

Customers will be notified once the vehicle is ready for collection. Full payment must be completed before vehicle release.
